Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@chenemont.com. Please note that the return address depends on the shipping centre and can be found on your packing slip.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
As all our items are made on demand, so we do not offer exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@chenemont.com.

If you're not sure which size is right for you, check out our size guides: we have one for every item listed on our shop, in the product description section. Although rare, it is possible that an item you have ordered is incorrectly labelled. If this is the case, please let us know at contact@chenemont.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we'll send you a new one, or refund your money.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must inform us of the decision to cancel the order by sending us written notice before the cancelation period expires. You may contact us at contact@chenemont.com. Within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel the order, you must also return the product to us using the return address indicated on the original package in which the order was delivered. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Within 14 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel the order we will, without undue delay, issue a refund for the Product and the delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may delay the refund until the Product has been returned or we have received proof that the Product has been returned, whichever is earlier. The refund will be made to the payment method used by you when placing the order. You may be liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.


Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at contact@chenemont.com with photos of the damaged items and we will arrange for you to be to refund your money.
Change of mind or ordering the wrong size of item are not grounds for a refund.
